► Centralized, using the CIM<br />

Fix handling<br />

When dealing with fixes and fix packs, it is essential to plan for and to implement<br />

a proper policy on where to archive fixes and fix packs. This is best implemented<br />

by building a central repository. Having such a repository available allows quick<br />

configuration of identical systems and brings systems to the identical software<br />

level.<br />

Note: The CIM provides a centralized repository for fix and fix pack files.<br />
