Note: The <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> Toolkit (AST) that was available in previous<br />

versions of the <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> is not available for <strong>V7.0</strong>.<br />

zpmt.sh command<br />

The zpmt.sh script is the silent implementation of the Profile Manage Tool on the<br />

z/OS host. You use a command line call to the script, including various<br />

parameters. It will then create the .CNTL and .DATA members necessary to build<br />

<strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> corresponding to the response file. It can be<br />

configured to allocate and to copy the members from the z/OS file system to the<br />

z/OS data sets. The principal overview is shown in Figure 14-14.<br />

The script can be found in the default <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> for z/OS<br />

product directory /usr/lpp/z<strong>WebSphere</strong>/V7R0/bin. Executing the script places you<br />

in the OSGI command shell.<br />
