Secure back-end<br />

The DMZ Secure Proxy is designed to improve security by minimizing the<br />

number of external ports opened, and running as an unprivileged user when<br />

binding to well-known ports. It can be managed locally or remotely using the job<br />

manager console.<br />

Note: HTTP and SIP protocols supported by <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong><br />

Proxy are also supported with DMZ Secure Proxy <strong>Server</strong>.<br />
