We performed the following actions:<br />

1. Install <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> Network Deployment by performing the<br />

following steps:<br />

a. In the launchpad, click <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Server</strong> Installation.<br />

b. Click Launch the installation wizard for the <strong>WebSphere</strong> <strong>Application</strong><br />

<strong>Server</strong> Network Deployment and select the default options.<br />

2. Create a custom profile for the node by performing the following steps:<br />

a. Launch PMT and select Custom Profile.<br />

b. Follow the prompts taking the defaults, including the federation of the node<br />

to the cell as part of the process (the deployment manager must be<br />

installed and running).<br />

3. Create the application server clusters by performing the following steps:<br />

a. Log into the Integrated Solutions Console.<br />

b. Click <strong>Server</strong>s → Clusters → <strong>WebSphere</strong> application server clusters.<br />

c. Add the two new clusters with the names and member weights showed in<br />

Table A-1:<br />
