ABSTRACT<br />

The administration now going to be one discipline applicable un<strong>de</strong>r different<br />

<strong>para</strong>meters to be a useful way of handling business and the lives of those who<br />

manage, which is why in the daily life of organizations is necessary to implement<br />

anything that contains human beings, organizations must be viewed as a whole<br />

that is readily modifiable and adaptable to their environment and conditions that<br />

arise in day to day organization. In this paper gra<strong>de</strong>, the practic<strong>al</strong> focus of the<br />

administration is can be use to the Food Sector, generating solutions to the<br />

future and a better performance in Martmore Ltda., this is the subject of our<br />

study.<br />

According to authors, "Customer service is a set of interre<strong>la</strong>ted activities that a<br />

supplier offers to the customer obtains the product at the time and p<strong>la</strong>ce and<br />

ensures proper use of it." But in this paper gra<strong>de</strong> is taken into account the vision<br />

of Carlos Eduardo Men<strong>de</strong>z Alvarez, who said that "customer service is<br />

perceived as a technology in which the man in the organization and <strong>al</strong>l avai<strong>la</strong>ble<br />

resources to meeting the expectations and customer needs.” It makes use of<br />

certain processes and tools that assist the improvement and creation of a<br />

culture of customer service in the company which generates a <strong>de</strong>adline one<br />

change within the company's q will be reflected on the outsi<strong>de</strong> and towards<br />

customers are an essenti<strong>al</strong> part of the company.<br />

The importance of this work on gra<strong>de</strong> Martmore Ltd., arises from the need to<br />

make a radic<strong>al</strong> change in the company and that will lead to better financi<strong>al</strong><br />

results and not only productive but that the common objectives in the company<br />

are complementary and lead to over<strong>al</strong>l performance.<br />
