En caso <strong>de</strong> que así sea, lo enviará al director <strong>de</strong> área correspondiente,quien iniciará a su vez el proceso <strong>de</strong> evaluación.- Cada artículo será sometido a consi<strong>de</strong>ración anónima <strong>de</strong> al menos 2 evaluadores externos- La revista se compromete a respon<strong>de</strong>r a los autores con una <strong>de</strong>cisión editorial enun plazo aproximado <strong>de</strong> tres meses (primera evaluación).- La lista <strong>de</strong> evaluadores se hará pública anualmente.INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS AND PROCEDUREThe journal is aimed at the people with responsibility for governing companies or managingpublic or private sectors and institutions. Its goal is to provi<strong>de</strong> such people with original i<strong>de</strong>asand innovative proposals to help improve the competitiveness and governability of companiesand the Ibro-American countries in a globalized world. The journal also aims to serve theregion’s aca<strong>de</strong>mic and scientific communities by becoming the publication of reference for newi<strong>de</strong>as. It will do this by facilitating communication among the various Ibero-American aca<strong>de</strong>miccommunities, bringing them closer together and structuring them around the study of specificareas, duly analyzed by means of theoretical contributions, practical applications, and real casestudies.Original papers may be submitted for evaluation and potential publication in the journal bymembers of the aca<strong>de</strong>mic, business and institutional spheres.
