This course provides an understanding of the essential elements of International <strong>Business</strong> Law. It focuses on<br />
the main issues relating to Contract Law, Company Law, International Contracts, International Credits,<br />
Competition Law and <strong>Business</strong> Ethics.<br />
The aim of the course is to give students a comprehensive and coherent knowledge of the key concepts of<br />
International <strong>Business</strong> Law as well as exploring ethical issues within the international governance context.<br />
• The students will:<br />
- understand and analyse a wide range of legal problems arising in the practice of international business law;<br />
- apply knowledge of key concepts in each core subject;<br />
- learn how to do business in different countries according to national, european and international laws.<br />
