Nu in ultimul rand, cunoasterea obtinuta va fi foarte utila pentru evaluarea efectelor pe termen lung ale unorfenomene de poluare acuta pe termen scurt, cum au fost cele asociate conflictului din Iugoslavia sauaccidentului de la bazinul de decantare de la Baia Mare.Din punct de vedere al suportului financiar, sursele avute in vedere sunt urmatoarele:‣ CNCSIS, pentru programe de cercetare fundamentala‣ Academia Romana, pentru programe de cercetare fundamentala‣ ANSTI, pentru programe de cercetare aplicativa‣ MAPPM, pentru programe de cercetare aplicativa asociate unor probleme de mediu acute, prinsubcontractare la institutele MAPPM‣ EC DGXII, pentru programe care integreaza aspecte ale cercetarii fundamentale si aplicative, utilizandrelatiile existente la Universitati din Europa in vederea constituirii retelei necesare.Din punct de vedere al modalitatii de aplicare, pentru programe de mai mica anvergura se are in vedereaplicare in colectiv restrans, eventual valorificarea oportunitatilor existente pentru cercetatorii tineri, iarpentru programele majore, integrarea in colective mai largi ale Departamentui de Ecologie Sistemica siManagementul Capitalului Natural.8.10. MASURILE PREVAZUTE PENTRU RESPECTAREA NORMELOR DEONTOLOGICEALE CERCETARII UNIVERSITARE.Proiectul propus, de cercetare fundamentala in domeniul ecologiei sistemice, depaseste abordarea reductionista, dinpacate frecvent intalnita in ecologie si “stiintele mediului”, si deci a limitelor severe ale abordarii experimentale interen (inducerea de perturbari experimentale in cadrul sistemelor ecologice complexe este imorala, ilegala sinepractica, iar scara de experimentare in timp si spatiu este cu totul necorespunzatoare caracteristicilor sistemelormari si complexe). Desi programul include si o serie de experimentari in teren si laborator, acestea implica fietehnici nedistructive, fie marimea si numarul unitatilor de proba, precum si frecventa de prelevare nu afecteazastarea populatiilor si ecosistemelor studiate.REFERINTE BIBLIOGRAFICE1.
