Nu in ultimul rand, cunoasterea obtinuta va fi foarte utila pentru evaluarea efectelor pe termen lung ale unorfenomene <strong>de</strong> poluare acuta pe termen scurt, cum au fost cele asociate conflictului din Iugoslavia sauacci<strong>de</strong>ntului <strong>de</strong> la bazinul <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>cantare <strong>de</strong> la Baia Mare.Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al suportului financiar, sursele avute in ve<strong>de</strong>re sunt urmatoarele:‣ CNCSIS, pentru programe <strong>de</strong> cercetare fundamentala‣ Aca<strong>de</strong>mia Romana, pentru programe <strong>de</strong> cercetare fundamentala‣ ANSTI, pentru programe <strong>de</strong> cercetare aplicativa‣ MAPPM, pentru programe <strong>de</strong> cercetare aplicativa asociate unor probleme <strong>de</strong> mediu acute, prinsubcontractare la institutele MAPPM‣ EC DGXII, pentru programe care integreaza aspecte ale cercetarii fundamentale si aplicative, utilizandrelatiile existente la Universitati din Europa in ve<strong>de</strong>rea constituirii retelei necesare.Din punct <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re al modalitatii <strong>de</strong> aplicare, pentru programe <strong>de</strong> mai mica anvergura se are in ve<strong>de</strong>reaplicare in colectiv restrans, eventual valorificarea oportunitatilor existente pentru cercetatorii tineri, iarpentru programele majore, integrarea in colective mai largi ale Departamentui <strong>de</strong> Ecologie Sistemica siManagementul Capitalului Natural.8.10. MASURILE PREVAZUTE PENTRU RESPECTAREA NORMELOR DEONTOLOGICEALE CERCETARII UNIVERSITARE.Proiectul propus, <strong>de</strong> cercetare fundamentala in domeniul <strong>ecologie</strong>i sistemice, <strong>de</strong>paseste abordarea reductionista, dinpacate frecvent intalnita in <strong>ecologie</strong> si “stiintele mediului”, si <strong>de</strong>ci a limitelor severe ale abordarii experimentale interen (inducerea <strong>de</strong> perturbari experimentale in cadrul sistemelor ecologice complexe este imorala, ilegala sinepractica, iar scara <strong>de</strong> experimentare in timp si spatiu este cu totul necorespunzatoare caracteristicilor sistemelormari si complexe). Desi programul inclu<strong>de</strong> si o serie <strong>de</strong> experimentari in teren si laborator, acestea implica fietehnici nedistructive, fie marimea si numarul unitatilor <strong>de</strong> proba, precum si frecventa <strong>de</strong> prelevare nu afecteazastarea populatiilor si ecosistemelor studiate.REFERINTE BIBLIOGRAFICE1.
