Das Prüfen und Registrieren von Erdungsarmbändern und Schuhwerk in der Elektronikfertigung kostet täglich wertvolle
Produktionszeit. Je nach Betriebsgröße gehen durch herkömmliches Messen und Registrieren täglich leicht mehrere
Produktionsstunden verloren. Mit den neuen Safe-Stat 3000 Teststationen wird auf das eigentliche Prüfen beschränkt. Nebenbei
werden Personennummer, Widerstandswert, Datum, Uhrzeit sowie Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit registriert. Das Gerät erkennt
selbständig ob Armband oder Schuh (links oder rechts) gemessen wird. All diese Messwerte werden im Sekundenbereich registriert,
ohne den Benutzer weiter zu beeinträchtigen. Der jeweilige Benutzer orientiert sich lediglich an den großen Leuchtdioden -Low, Pass,
High - und daran, ob bei “ok” die Tür automatisch geöffnet wird. Die registrierten Messwerte können beliebig über einen PC mit
Netzwerkkabel ausgelesen und über eine Excel-Datei bearbeitet werden. Entsprechend den jeweiligen Anforderungen gibt es diese
Safe-STAT 3000 Teststationen mit eingebautem Transponder-Lesegerät oder mit Tastatur zur manuellen Eingabe der
Personennummer.
The testing and registration of wrist straps and ESD-shoes may cost a lot of valuable time, depending on the number of staff, even up
to several hours daily. With the new Safe-STAT 3000 test station the testing of wrist straps and shoes includes the registration,
resistance, staff number, date and time as well as the temperature and air humidity all at once within seconds. The test station
recognizes whether wrist strap or shoes (left or right) are measured, without disturbing the user more than necessary. The user only
needs to watch the big LED’s - low, pass, high - and if they are “ok” the door will be opened automatically. The measured values can be
read easily by a PC and treated by an Excel file. According to the requirements the Safe-STAT 3000 test station is equipped with a builtin
transponder reading device or with a keyboard for the manual input of the staff number.
