Die Elektroschrauber “FAB” sind professionelle Schraubwerkzeuge für die<br />
industrielle Anwendung im ESD-Bereich. Entwickelt nach dem neuesten<br />
Kenntnisstand im Bereich der Drehmomentskontrolle um den heutigen<br />
Anforderungen an Kraft <strong>und</strong> Leistung elektronischer Schraubwerkzeuge zu<br />
entsprechen. Ergonomie, Sicherheit <strong>und</strong> Handlichkeit sind weitere herausragende<br />
Eigenschaften. Einfachste Installation, geringe Betriebskosten, geringe<br />
Geräuschentwicklung, Wartungsfre<strong>und</strong>lichkeit <strong>und</strong> hohe Präzision garantieren<br />

The electric screwdrivers “FAB” are professional tools for industrial use. They<br />
have been designed according to the latest acknowledgement on torque control<br />
technology to meet today’s expectations in power and performance. A special<br />
attention has been paid to safety, ergonomics and generally to those features<br />
that make the operator work in a friendly environment. Low operation costs, low<br />
energy costs and reduced tool maintenance. Low installation costs ,highly<br />
accurate, low noise levels. Low torque reaction due to fast shutoff response,<br />

Versorgungseinheiten / power supplies<br />
Die Versorgungseinheiten arbeiten als Netzgerät <strong>und</strong> dienen zur Drehmomentüberwachung<br />
für die Elektroschrauber. Sobald das eingestellte Drehmoment<br />
erreicht ist, wird die Spannungsversorgung zum Elektroschrauber unterbrochen,<br />
um eine Überbelastung der Schraube zu vermeiden.<br />
The power supply and control units act as AC to DC transformer and torque<br />
controller for the electric screwdrivers. The electronic circuit cuts the power<br />
supply to the motor in response to the clutch action as soon as the preset torque<br />
has been reached.<br />
