DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT<br />

A mo<strong>to</strong>r according <strong>to</strong> this invention, illustrated in Fig.1A and Fig.1B includes a ro<strong>to</strong>r shaft 10 supported for<br />

rotation about axis 11 on bearings 12 and 14 located on vertical supports 16 and 18 of a frame. An oscilla<strong>to</strong>r<br />

mechanism includes oscilla<strong>to</strong>r arms 20, 22 and 24 pivotally supported on bearings 26 , 28 and 30 respectively,<br />

secured <strong>to</strong> a horizontal support 32, which is secured at each axial end <strong>to</strong> the vertical supports 16 and 18. The<br />

oscilla<strong>to</strong>r arms 20, 22 and 24 are formed with through holes 15 aligned with the axis 11 of ro<strong>to</strong>r shaft 10, the holes<br />

permitting rotation of the ro<strong>to</strong>r shaft and pivoting oscillation of arms without producing interference between the<br />

ro<strong>to</strong>r and the arms.<br />
