TLR_E_E<strong>IP</strong>_ENCAP_NOT_INITIALIZED 0xC01E0002 Encapsulation layer is not initialized.<br />

TLR_E_E<strong>IP</strong>_ENCAP_OUT_OF_MEMORY 0xC01E0003 System is out of memory.<br />

TLR_E_E<strong>IP</strong>_ENCAP_OUT_OF_PACKETS 0xC01E0010 Task runs out of empty packets at the local<br />

packet pool.<br />
