9. Inspect customer battery<br />

contacts and battery cable<br />

connector for corrosion or<br />

obstructions.<br />

10. Reseat battery harness at logic<br />

board connector, and retest.<br />

Yes Customer battery charged,<br />

check health. Go to step 13.<br />
