2.1 Swearing in of Newly Elected Councillors
Councillors Elect will be sworn in and sign the Declaration of Office
2.2 Election of Shire President
The Chief Executive Officer will call for nominations for the position of Shire
President, and will, if necessary, conduct the Ballot.
Nominations must be given to the Chief Executive Officer in Writing, and if
nominating another Councillor, that Councillor must advise the Chief Executive
Officer orally or in writing of their acceptance.
