4.3.3 Mask thermal balance subsystem The mask thermal balance subsystem is to obtain the air temperature, mask wall temperature and condensation possibility in the mask. Same as for HADT lump mentioned before, this calculation is good for predicting whether condensation will occur under certain given combination of conditions. It is also good for comparison of condensation between different level of breath load added scenarios when other conditions remaining the same. The calculated condensation is the condensation rate when condensation just starts but not the amount of condensate build-up in a certain period of time. The inputs are listed in Table 4.25 below.
