4.3.3.1 Steady state mask full thermal balance subsystem<br />

The steady state mask full thermal balance subsystem is mainly for obtaining the mask<br />

wall temperature used in further calculation. It can also output the steady state air<br />

temperature in the mask for reference.<br />
