This subsystem is created for calculating the thermal resistance from wall 2 and 3 inner<br />

surface to ambient air. It is actually based on Eq. (3.62) and Eq. (3.63). Since thermal<br />

conductivity of the chamber wall material Polyethylene is considered constant within<br />
