10.2 Estimation of borrowing capacity and investment capacity<br />

We have arrived at the borrowing capacity based on the Income and expenditure projections including<br />

debt servicing of existing loans as of FY ending 2005. We have arrived at the borrowing capacity of<br />

Krishnagiri as the minimum of<br />

NPV of 30% of revenue projections and<br />

NPV of 50% of operating Surplus projections.<br />

As part of the FoP, we have also prepared project specific cash flow projections for the proposed<br />

water supply and underground drainage projects, apart from consolidated financial projections.<br />
