• Developed swimmers at our site (since 2001) who have achieved Junior<br />
National, Senior National and Olympic Trials time standards.<br />
Swimmers have gone on to become NCAA swimmers, NCAA team<br />
and individual champions, USA Junior National team, USA National<br />
team and USA world champs.<br />
• Developed additional groups at the PASC site which have increased the<br />
site numbers from 180 to over 280.<br />
• Swimmers have achieved over 100 Top 16 times in the country<br />

Head Coach – 1999-2000<br />
Hired in 1995 as the 8-and-under coach. Promoted to the Head Age Group coach<br />
position in 1996 and to the Head Coach position in 1999. Built the team in<br />
1999-2000 to over 180 swimmers (less than 65 swimmers in 1999.) Created and<br />
maintained a partnership with the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> Menlo Park to operate the Menlo Park<br />
summer recreational team and to <strong>of</strong>fer a year round swim team to Menlo Park<br />
residents. Created a swim league consisting <strong>of</strong> three local swim programs in the<br />
area.<br />

Seasonal employee-guard/instructor/coach (1994-2000)<br />
Managed the aquatics programs at two facilities. Created and managed the<br />
aquatics budget and a staff <strong>of</strong> over 36 part-time employees and one full-time<br />
employee. The program included a lesson program, lap swim and recreational<br />
swim program, school lesson program, a spring and summer recreational<br />
program, special events and rental groups (a USA swim team.) Coordinated<br />
extensive staff training for coaches, instructors, customer service representatives<br />
and coaches<br />
