• Developed swimmers at our site (since 2001) who have achieved Junior National, Senior National and Olympic Trials time standards. Swimmers have gone on to become NCAA swimmers, NCAA team and individual champions, USA Junior National team, USA National team and USA world champs. • Developed additional groups at the PASC site which have increased the site numbers from 180 to over 280. • Swimmers have achieved over 100 Top 16 times in the country 1995-2001 SOLO Swim Club, Menlo Park, CA Head Age Group Coach –1995-2001 Head Coach – 1999-2000 Hired in 1995 as the 8-and-under coach. Promoted to the Head Age Group coach position in 1996 and to the Head Coach position in 1999. Built the team in 1999-2000 to over 180 swimmers (less than 65 swimmers in 1999.) Created and maintained a partnership with the City of Menlo Park to operate the Menlo Park summer recreational team and to offer a year round swim team to Menlo Park residents.
