has any authority to vary or extend the term <strong>of</strong> this Agreement or any duty,<br />
obligation, covenant or agreement contained herein, or to make any statements or<br />
representations concerning this Agreement, or the rights and privileges set forth<br />
herein, except such as are set forth in any written addendum to this Agreement<br />
which has been approved by the <strong>City</strong> Council.<br />
G. This document represents the entire agreement between CITY and<br />
CONTRACTOR. This agreement may be amended only by written instrument,<br />
signed by both CITY and CONTRACTOR. Except as may be expressly provided in<br />
this Agreement to the contrary, all provisions <strong>of</strong> this Agreement are expressly<br />
made conditions.<br />
