Contains brief and precise answers to "How do I. . . ?" questions. Vestal. David. The Craft of Photography. New York: Harper & Row. 1978. Recommended for those who wish to achieve a high level of technical skill. Emphasizes black-and-white photography and processing. There are numerous titles on specialized photographic subjects. For those wishing to pursue this topic, one should consult a library with an extensive photography section. Several titles one might explore are: The Negative and the Print by Ansel Adams (Amphoto).
