Cheltenham been built expressly that Englishmen of wealth may enjoy themselves<br />

whilst benefiting their health? And some of these watering-places are truly<br />

sumptuous, abounding in almost iDal.itial dwelling-houses replete with every<br />

luxury <strong>and</strong> convenience.<br />
