This is a list <strong>of</strong> plant and animal species that the MNDNR Division <strong>of</strong> Fish and <strong>Wildlife</strong> manages for recreational harvest and<br />

nongame wildlife species that have restricted ranges in <strong>Minnesota</strong> and are being monitored by the Division <strong>of</strong> Ecological Resources.<br />

The 4 provinces are the Laurentian Mixed Forest (LMF), Eastern Broadleaf Forest (EBF), Tallgrass Aspen Parklands (TAP), and<br />

Prairie Parkland (PP) Province. SGCN = Species in Greatest Conservation Need (MNDNR 2006).<br />
