2. Make sure that the DSA code is at<br />

the latest level. For the latest level<br />

of DSA code, go to the ES7000<br />

<strong>and</strong> Downloads option.<br />

3. Run the test again.<br />

4. Make sure that the server firmware<br />

is at the latest level. The installed<br />

log in the Firmware/VPD section for<br />

this component. For the latest level<br />

of firmware, go to the ES7000<br />

site page, <strong>and</strong> click the Releases<br />

option.<br />

5. Run the test again.<br />

6. Turn off <strong>and</strong> restart the server if<br />

necessary to recover from a hung<br />

state.<br />

7. Run the test again.<br />

8. Replace the following components<br />

one at a time, in the order shown,<br />

<strong>and</strong> run this test again to determine<br />

whether the problem has been<br />

solved:<br />

Microprocessor board (see<br />

assembly <strong>and</strong> Replacing<br />

assembly)<br />

b. (Trained service technician only)<br />

c. I/O-board assembly (see<br />

Removing the I/O-board shuttle<br />

<strong>and</strong> Replacing the I/O-board<br />

shuttle)<br />

9. Collect the data from the DSA log<br />

<strong>and</strong> contact Unisys <strong>Support</strong>.<br />
