<strong>Job</strong> <strong>Instruction</strong> plan.<br />
3. Each member, including the two volunteers<br />
at this session, should select a SIMPLE JOB<br />
fromthosehe actually supervises andbe pre-<br />
pared to "put it over" at the next session.<br />
a. Announce that as many members will dem-<br />
onstrate instruction at the next session<br />
as time will permit, and the rest at the<br />
following sessions.<br />
b. Have each member state the j ob he int~nds<br />
to use as his practice demonstration.<br />
- I f job selected is too big a job for<br />
simple demonstration, help member to<br />
select a simpler job.<br />
- Each member should plan to use a job<br />
that will consune no more than a 15-<br />
minute period.<br />
- Each should bring all necessary tools<br />
axid supplies to provide for ample "prac-<br />
tice" in Step 111.<br />
c. Be sure each member understands that the<br />
coinplete, correct instruction procedure<br />
is now expected, i. e.:<br />
- The four "get-ready" points, particu-<br />
larly the job breakdown. Make clear:<br />
Each member should bring his COMPLETED<br />
breakdown sheet.<br />
- The "four stepsT1 used in the instruction<br />
itself.<br />
