10 hours is to put "tools" in your men's<br />
hands. You superintendents, foremer,,<br />
and others must see that the tools are<br />
used.<br />
For example you can:<br />
- Have each group leader break down three<br />
operations a week for a time, and<br />
review thebreakdownswith his foreman.<br />
- A t regular meetings, i. e., staff meet-<br />
ings, production meetings, etc., dis-<br />
cuss the use being made of the FOUR<br />
STEPS.<br />
