Part B, Section 4<br />

<strong>the</strong> exposure pathways must include those expected <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> receptors selected <strong>for</strong> each l<strong>and</strong> use. The<br />

exposure pathways considered in this protocol are summarized in Table 1, <strong>and</strong> discussed in more detail<br />

<strong>for</strong> each l<strong>and</strong> use in Sections 5.1 to 5.4. It should be noted that <strong>the</strong> absence <strong>of</strong> wildlife considerations<br />

<strong>for</strong> ingestion exposures under residential/parkl<strong>and</strong>, commercial, <strong>and</strong> industrial l<strong>and</strong> use reflects <strong>the</strong> state<br />

<strong>of</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation availability <strong>and</strong> quality in <strong>the</strong>se areas. If acceptable <strong>and</strong> relevant toxicological <strong>and</strong><br />

exposure in<strong>for</strong>mation is available to allow fur<strong>the</strong>r examination <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se scenarios, <strong>the</strong>n guidelines may be<br />

derived <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong>se categories.<br />
