Claire Curran is a health outcomes associate at Lilly and a Ph.D. student at the
London School of Economics and Political Science. She was a Research Officer
in the Personal Social Services Research Unit at the LSE during the writing of
this book.
Paul Cutler is the co-founder and a trustee of UK international mental health
charity InterAction. Formerly he was the Deputy Director of the UK charity, the
Hamlet Trust.

Angelo Fioritti is Psychiatrist and Medical Director of the Azienda ASL di Rimini,

Simon Gilbody is Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Services Research at the

Eva Jané-Llopis is Technical Officer, Mental Health Promotion and Mental
Disorder Prevention, WHO Regional Office for Europe, and was previously at
the Department of Clinical Psychology, Radboud University of Nijmegen, the
Netherlands.
Rachel Jenkins is Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre, and Head of Section
on Mental Health Policy, The Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.
Heinz Katschnig is Professor of Psychiatry and Chairman of the Department of
Psychiatry, Medical University of Vienna, and Director of the Ludwig Boltzmann

Rob Keukens is Mental Health Consultant at the Global Initiative on Psychiatry
