You may become fearful about your training. When this happens it is time<br />

for a change of perspective.<br />

23.39 Get excited over the opportunity to push yourself hard in the gym. Revel<br />

in the blessing of good health that permits you to push yourself hard in the<br />

gym. A day will come when you (and I) will not be able to go through the<br />

rigors of a hard workout, a day when you (and I) will not be able to savor the<br />

excitement and enjoyment that accompanies a workout.<br />
