times each day? Did you satisfy your caloric needs each day? Did you substitute<br />

good food for junk? Did you avoid cutting corners with your diet? Did<br />

you monitor your waist and/or bodyfat level to ensure you are not eating<br />

yourself fat? Did you concentrate on food and not supplements? Did you<br />

deliver the nutritional goods?<br />

23.73 Did you regularly perform a moderate and sensible stretching program? Did<br />

you apply trigger point therapy? Did you include moderate aerobic work in<br />

your weekly exercise program? Did you perform inversion therapy? Were<br />

you in a good emotional condition? Did you deliver the components of total<br />

physical care?<br />

23.74 Over the last few months, did you exploit to the full the tremendous power<br />

you have to improve your physique, fitness and health? Were you 100% committed<br />

to doing the best that you possibly could? And did you stay clear of<br />

distractions?<br />

23.75 Nail yourself to specific goals, and make things happen. Make every single<br />

day count, and make each week a perfect example of training, rest and nutritional<br />

satisfaction—and another important step forward to the realization<br />

of your goals. You can do this, week in and week out, so long as you set your<br />

mind to it. No matter how encyclopedic your knowledge of training and<br />

training-related matters may be, it is only the application of that knowledge<br />

that will produce changes in your physique.<br />

23.76 It boils down to the commitment, dedication and self-discipline needed to<br />

satisfy the training, rest and nutritional components. Get committed, and<br />

then watch out for great gains. Half-hearted application produces little or<br />

no progress. Full-blooded, consistent commitment is the best way forward.<br />

Make the commitment, and make every day count—no more wasted days<br />

and opportunities.<br />
