Appointment of Conference Committee<br />
on Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 124<br />
The President of the Senate appointed the following members<br />
to confer with a like committee from the House for the purpose of<br />
considering the disagreement on Senate Concurrent Resolution No.<br />
124: Senators Duplessis, Irons and Bajoie.<br />
Rules Suspended<br />
Senator Mount asked for and obtained a suspension of the rules<br />
for the purpose of taking up at this time.<br />

We, the conferees appointed to confer over the disagreement<br />
between the two houses concerning Senate Bill No. 23 by Senator<br />
Mount recommend the following concerning the Reengrossed bill:<br />
1. That House Committee Amendments No. 1 and 2 proposed by<br />
the House Committee on Commerce and adopted by the House<br />
of Representatives on June 8, 2004 be rejected.<br />
