advertising; to provide relative to outdoor advertising along<br />

designated state parkways; to provide measurement<br />

requirements for placement of off-premise outdoor advertising<br />

signs along designated state parkways; to provide relative to the<br />

maximum height of certain outdoor advertising signs; to provide<br />

relative to logo signs on interstate highways and other certain<br />

highways; to authorize the department to contract with a<br />

qualified third party or parties for the placement and<br />

maintenance of logo signs; to provide relative to the contract and<br />

accounting of revenues between the parties; to provide for the<br />

establishment of an advisory committee; to provide relative to<br />

fees for certain logo signs; to authorize the promulgation of rules<br />

and regulations; to repeal authority of the department to<br />

authorize repair or replacement of certain sign structures; and to<br />

To amend and reenact R.S. 15:85.1(C) and to enact R.S. 15:85.2 and<br />

Chapter 16 of Title VII of the Children's Code, to be comprised<br />

of Articles 792 through 792.3, relative to the creation of an early<br />

intervention pilot program for at-risk children and their families<br />

in certain parishes; to provide for program purposes; to provide<br />

for collaboration among district attorneys, local school boards,<br />

law enforcement agencies, and community service organizations<br />

in the development and implementation of such program; to<br />

provide relative to program funding, reporting, and termination;<br />

to provide relative to the Sixteenth Judicial District Attorney<br />

Early Intervention Fund; to provide for monies to be deposited<br />

in such fund and how those monies are to be distributed; to<br />

delete the waiver of fees on criminal bonds; to provide for<br />

effectiveness; and to provide for related matters.<br />

expenditures or accept contributions other than to or from a<br />

candidate or a political committee to report such contributions<br />

or expenditures to the supervisory committee; to provide for<br />

the time and manner of such reports; to provide for the amounts<br />

of the contributions or expenditures which require such<br />

reporting; and to provide for related matters.<br />
