Representatives:<br />
We, the conferees appointed to confer over the disagreement<br />
between the two houses concerning Senate Bill No. 14 by Senator<br />
Dupre recommend the following concerning the Engrossed bill:<br />
1. That the House Committee Amendments proposed by House<br />
Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice and adopted<br />
by the House of Representatives on June 7, 2004 be adopted.<br />
2. That the House Floor Amendments as proposed by<br />
Representative Baldone and adopted by the House of<br />
Representative on June 15, 2004 be rejected.<br />

Senator Dupre asked for and obtained a suspension of the rules<br />

adopted. Senator Dupre moved to reconsider the vote by which the<br />
report was adopted and laid the motion on the table.<br />
