To urge and request the Department of Transportation and<br />

Development to study the laws that govern the operation of<br />

vehicles which haul <strong>Louisiana</strong> products on the highways and<br />

roadways of <strong>Louisiana</strong> in excess of the standard limitations set<br />

forth in law, and to include in such study more particularly,<br />

vehicles transporting forestry products in their natural state and<br />

vehicles transporting <strong>Louisiana</strong>-produced lignite coal and coke<br />

fuel.<br />

usufructuaries, and to property occupied by a buyer under a<br />
