to provide that certain notifications be provided; to provide for<br />

enforcement; to provide for penalties; and to provide for related<br />

To amend and reenact R.S. 22:250.33(A) and (B)(introductory<br />

prompt payment of health insurance claims submitted by<br />

pharmacies or pharmacists; to provide with respect to usage of<br />

nationally recognized benchmarks to calculate the<br />

reimbursement to be paid to pharmacies or pharmacists by<br />

health insurance issuers; to provide for definitions; and to<br />

provide for related matters.<br />
