psychological or psychiatric examination; to provide for the<br />

with respect to treatment of a defendant found to be<br />
incompetent to proceed to execution; and to provide for related<br />

disadvantaged areas; to authorize the development and<br />
establishment of a teachers’ homebuyer program for certain<br />
certified teachers; to establish an advisory panel to develop such<br />
program; to provide for program approval; to authorize the state<br />
treasurer to administer the program; and to provide for related<br />

AN ACT<br />
To enact Part V-A of Chapter 1 of Title 49 of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Revised<br />
Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 49:115, relative to the<br />
settlement of claims by the state; to provide for notification to<br />
the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget of certain claims<br />
in which the state has an interest; and to provide for related<br />
matters.<br />
