A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION<br />
To establish the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Prosper Commission to conduct a<br />
comprehensive study of the public bid law, the procurement<br />
code, bid preferences and reciprocal preferences, and services<br />
contracts.<br />
