AN ACT<br />
To enact R.S. 27:403, relative to the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Gaming Control Law;<br />
to provide with respect to the status of licenses issued in good<br />
faith reliance on a survey which was wrong; and to provide for<br />
related matters.<br />
The bill was read by title. Returned from the House of<br />
Representatives with the following amendments:<br />

AMENDMENT NO. 1<br />
On page 1, at the end of line 3, after the semicolon ";" add "to provide<br />
for exceptions;"<br />
AMENDMENT NO. 2<br />
On page 1, at the end of line 14, insert "The provisions of this<br />
Section shall only apply to licenses issued to conduct gaming<br />
pursuant to the provisions of this Title prior to July 1, 2004."<br />

change for a parish, the proceeds shall continue to be remitted to the<br />
parish that originally granted the license."<br />
