A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION<br />
To direct the legislative auditor to compile a report on the cost of<br />
operating the district court system in <strong>Louisiana</strong> for presentation<br />
to the legislature prior to the 2005 Regular Session; to request<br />
assistance of various state and local governmental entities which<br />
perform various district court functions or provide financial<br />
support of the court system; and to report to the legislature any<br />
limitations imposed on the compilation of timely, relevant, and<br />
accurate information on the operations of the district court<br />
system.<br />
