BY SENATOR BOASSO
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
To create the Joint Legislative Commission on Saltwater Fisheries
and the Ad Hoc Saltwater Fisheries Advisory Board to study
and make recommendations to the legislature on a revision of the
state's saltwater fisheries laws and regulations as they pertain to
commercial and recreational fishing.
The resolution was read by title. Returned from the House of
Representatives with the following amendments:
