AN ACT
To enact R.S. 17:85.6, relat ive to naming school auditoriums; to
authorize the parish school board in certain parishes to name

definitions; to provide for the composition, powers, and duties
of the board; to provide for the powers of the commissioner of
agriculture and forestry; to provide for a referendum for
imposition of assessments and authorization for certain
activities; to provide for the collection and disbursement of
assessments; to provide for violations and penalties; and to
provide for related matters.
