electronic dabber devices to be used with paper other than<br />

disposable paper if approved by the office; to provide that<br />

electronic dabber devices may be used without purchasing<br />

disposable bingo paper; to provide for the adoption of rules to<br />

govern the specifications, use, and operation of electronic<br />

dabber devices; to provide for the establishment of a list of<br />

manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of electronic dabber<br />
