disposable paper if approved by the office; to provide that<br />
electronic dabber devices may be used without purchasing<br />
disposable bingo paper; to provide for the adoption of rules to<br />

dabber devices; to provide for the establishment of a list of<br />
manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of electronic dabber<br />
