to provide for exceptions; to limit participation of individuals;<br />

to provide for the financing of the self-employment assistance<br />

allowance; to provide for effective and termination dates; to<br />

provide for the appeal of nonacceptance into the program; to<br />

require the adoption of rules; to require the production of an<br />

loan for consumption; to provide for the application of the rules<br />

governing obligations; to provide for things subject to loan for<br />

use; to provide for limitations of use; to provide for the ordinary<br />

wear and tear; to provide for the liability of borrowers and<br />

lenders; to provide for fortuitous events; to provide for<br />

valuation and risk of loss; to provide for the reimbursement of<br />

expenses; to provide for the time of return of a thing lent for<br />

use; to provide for liberative prescription; to provide for<br />

ownership of a thing lent for consumption; to provide for the<br />

loan of nonfungible things; to provide for the loan of money or<br />

To repeal R.S. 17:81(O), relative to certain local school board<br />

expenditures; to repeal the requirement that expenditures by<br />

city, parish, and other local public school boards to reimburse<br />

school board members for certain travel and related expenses be<br />

in accordance with travel regulations prescribed by the division<br />

of administration for state executive branch employees.<br />

relative to the recordation of discharge records from the armed<br />

forces; to provide for exemption of certain military discharge<br />

records from the public records law; to provide for release of<br />

certain military discharge records to the veteran and certain other<br />

persons; to provide for the limited release of other military<br />

discharge records; and to provide for related matters.<br />

insurance market; to provide for <strong>Louisiana</strong> Citizens Property<br />
