lenders; to provide for fortuitous events; to provide for<br />
valuation and risk of loss; to provide for the reimbursement of<br />

To repeal R.S. 17:81(O), relative to certain local school board<br />
expenditures; to repeal the requirement that expenditures by<br />
city, parish, and other local public school boards to reimburse<br />
school board members for certain travel and related expenses be<br />
in accordance with travel regulations prescribed by the division<br />
of administration for state executive branch employees.<br />

certain military discharge records to the veteran and certain other<br />
persons; to provide for the limited release of other military<br />
