27.05 Job Descriptions
A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the
Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this Collective
Agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time
that the Employer notifies the Union of the rate of pay pursuant to Clause 27.01 (a) above.
27.06 Pay Day
Pay days shall be every second Friday. When such pay day falls on a statutory holiday, the day
prior shall become the pay day.
ARTICLE 28 DURATION
28.01 Term
This agreement shall be binding and continue in effect and shall continue from year to year
unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for
amendments within ninety (90) days prior to the termination date of December 31, 2013. Upon
receipt of such notice by one party or the other, both parties will meet thereafter for the
purpose of bargaining.
