Sick Leave Credits<br />

The Employer agrees to pay out the balance <strong>of</strong> all sick leave credits payable to the following individuals:<br />

Marty Emond<br />

John Beaton<br />

Gabriele Emond<br />

Rob Altbauer<br />

Lucille MacDonald<br />

David Black<br />

John Kellar<br />

<br />

Brenda Boettcher<br />

Mary Waghorn<br />

The Employer will contact each individual to communicate the amount and the options available to the<br />

employee for such payment. The payment shall be made based on the rate <strong>of</strong> pay in effect as <strong>of</strong><br />

September 28, 2009.<br />

As a result <strong>of</strong> these payments and this Letter <strong>of</strong> Understanding, the parties agree that the Employer has<br />

no further liability with respect to sick leave credits aside from the provisions <strong>of</strong> the <strong>collective</strong><br />

<strong>agreement</strong>.<br />
