6.02 List <strong>of</strong> <strong>Union</strong> Executive<br />
The <strong>Union</strong> agrees to supply the Employer, in writing, with the names <strong>of</strong> executives <strong>of</strong> the union,<br />
the stewards, the current authorized members <strong>of</strong> the committee(s) as specified in Article 6, and<br />
<strong>of</strong> any changes thereto when they occur. Only such persons shall be recognized by the Employer.<br />
6.03 <strong>Union</strong> Representation<br />
All reference to <strong>of</strong>ficers, stewards, committee members <strong>of</strong> the union in this <strong>agreement</strong> shall be<br />
deemed to mean <strong>of</strong>ficers, stewards and committee members <strong>of</strong> the duly chartered local<br />
constituted for this bargaining unit, all <strong>of</strong> whom are employees <strong>of</strong> the Rainy River District Social<br />
Services Administration Board.<br />
6.04 Right to Representation<br />
The Employer shall have the right to a representative <strong>of</strong> its choosing and the <strong>Union</strong> shall have<br />
the right at any time to have the assistance <strong>of</strong> a representative <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Canadian</strong> <strong>Union</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Public</strong><br />
Employees in negotiations, grievance meetings or other matters <strong>of</strong> mutual concern to the<br />
parties. The representative <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Canadian</strong> <strong>Union</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Public</strong> Employees will make prior verbal<br />
arrangements with the Health Services Manager or designate to attend at meetings on the<br />
Employer premises.<br />
6.05 Employees on Committees<br />
Any employee who is asked to sit on a Rainy River District Social Services Administration Board<br />
committee to represent union members shall be approved first by the local union.<br />
6.06 Correspondence<br />
All correspondence between the parties arising out <strong>of</strong> this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall<br />
pass to and from the Chief Administrative Officer <strong>of</strong> the Rainy River District Social Services<br />
Administration Board or designate and the Vice-‐President or designate <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Union</strong>. The <strong>Union</strong><br />
shall receive copies from the Employer <strong>of</strong> all grievance procedure correspondence to union<br />
members.<br />
6.07 Labour Management Committee<br />

Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters <strong>of</strong> mutual concern and interest<br />
that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-‐Management Committee Meeting<br />
during the term <strong>of</strong> this Agreement, the following shall apply.<br />
Up to four (4) representatives from each party shall meet once every three (3) months at<br />
a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made<br />
in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda <strong>of</strong> matters<br />
proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject<br />
<strong>of</strong> grievance or negotiations for the amendments or renewal <strong>of</strong> this Agreement.<br />
Any representative(s) attending such meeting during their regularly scheduled hours <strong>of</strong><br />
work shall not lose regular earnings as a result <strong>of</strong> such attendance.<br />
