Re:
Distribution of Overtime
Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 22.06 in the Collective Agreement, the parties agree to:

overtime assignments and it would apply notwithstanding Clause 22.06
problems and errors associated with the operation of the program would not be subject to the
grievance procedure the parties would work through the issues together
the parties would continue to discuss the effectiveness of this program and problems which the
Employer is experiencing in implementing and operating same
where fundamental problems arise, the trial under this LOU can be terminated after a minimum
of one (1) year of operation and upon providing sixty (60) days notice by either parties.
