nations through aid, which always has political strings attached . There<br />

was a very lengthy discussion of the debate on<br />

the national question that<br />

went on between M . N . Roy (Indian Communist), Lenin and Stalin which was<br />

used to illustrate the ineffectiveness of Marx's analysis of worldwide<br />

revolution . Orthodox European Marxism-Leninism is considered a psychological<br />

trick and a science-religion . The Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and<br />

Cuba were labeled counter <strong>revolutionary</strong> forces because of their doctrine<br />

of peaceful co-existence with the West .<br />

World Black Revolution closed with a call for a Black International<br />

which would develop the necessary strategy and tactics for a world-wide<br />

revolution, including a<br />

world army of liberation and a world black libera<br />

tion front organized by RAM . The image of Armaggeddon, good and evil fighting<br />

to the death or victory, and the burning down of the Western empire was<br />

raised here as in earlier documents . 7<br />

Revolutionary Black Nationalism<br />

RAM stated that there were two major nationalisms in the world . The<br />

first liberates and frees individuals, acts as a binding force within a<br />

nation and leads the people of that nation to fight off their oppressors .<br />

This is <strong>revolutionary</strong> nationalism . The second type is re<strong>action</strong>ary, capitalist<br />

and justifies the oppression of one nation over others .<br />

This is<br />

white nationalism .<br />

The struggle in the world is between these two ideologies<br />
