A Black former agent-provacteur, admittedly employed by the<br />
Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1968 through 1975 to 'inform<br />
on and observe the activities of the Black Panther Party,'<br />
has stated in a sworn affidavit that the FBI plotted 'to eliminate<br />
local and national leadership of the BPP during the<br />
month of December, 1969' . 32<br />
Roy Wilkins and Ramsey Clark in their book Search and Destroy : A<br />
Report by the Commission of Inquiry into the Bl ack Panthers and the Police,<br />
(Metropolitan Applied Research Center, Inc ., 1973), provides a detail account<br />
of a police raid that was premeditated murder on December 4, 1969 .<br />
Police, under the pretense of a weapons search, raided the Panther's apartment<br />
in Chicago at 4 :45 a .m . pumping over 80 rounds into the bodies of<br />
Fred Hampton and Mark Clark, killing them and wounding four others .<br />

powder in some kool-aid he knew Fred Hampton was going to<br />
drink the night the 21-year old BPP leader was slain on December 4,<br />
1969 . The seco-barbital had been given to him by his supervising<br />
